When a business collapses, we represent receivers appointed by the court. AMG Services, Inc., Case No. 2:12-cv-536, United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Most recently, we represented the receiver of a company that made short-term debt investments to small and medium businesses in Hatton v. SureFunding, LLC, Case No. A-20-812651-B, Dept. 13, Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada.
